Above the winery, in untouched nature, we await you with our wines to drink, taste, buy and a small, changing selection of culinary delights.
It is the same with our Wiesenwirtschaft as with our wines: Here, too, we follow the ideal of what we imagine as delicious and unusual wine accompaniments. With fun in creative design, with the courage to experiment and with a passion for cooking and design, dishes and food variations are created that are not usually found in a Strauss restaurant. Whatever is created in the kitchen is only served when it has convinced the critical palates of our family. An option for joyful moments!
It began as a meal. And has become a festival, you hardly know how.
